On Wednesday, an Iraqi security source said, "The vicinity of a Turkish camp in Mosul, Nineveh Governorate, was subjected to missile strikes," according to the "al-Sumaria News" network.

The source said, "The vicinity of the Turkish Zlikan camp in Mosul was targeted by three missiles."

The source added that "no injuries were reported."

This is not the first time that the illegal Turkish occupation bases in Iraq have been subjected to missile attacks, which were not adopted by any methods.

The bombing coincides with the date of holding a session of the Iraqi Parliament to elect a President of the Republic, after a previous round failed last Saturday to achieve a quorum.

Turkey interferes in Iraqi political affairs, through the Iraqi Sunni groups led by Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and Khamis al-Khanjar, who met Erdogan before forming an alliance with the Sadrist movement and electing the speaker of parliament, in addition to Turkey’s intervention through the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which sells oil away from the federal government and is currently trying to transfer Gas through Turkey as well.
