PKK's Central Committee holds its annual meeting

 It announced the results of the annual meeting of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Workers' Party through a final statement that stated:

 "The Central Committee of the Kurdistan Workers' Party held its regular annual meeting with the participation of 27 of its members, and the meeting began with the remembrance of the heroic martyrs who were martyred in 2021 in the person of the martyrs of Mam Rasho, Zindoora, Girê Sor and  Werkhile and all the martyrs, with all respect and appreciation, and saluting the struggle of the leader Abdullah Ocalan inside Imrali prison and the campaign "Time for Freedom" has expanded around the world, and all party members, patriotic people and revolutionary democratic circles have been invited to develop the era of freedom, the campaign aimed at the physical freedom of the leader of the Kurdish people, Abdullah Ocalan.

 The Central Committee meeting began with reading detailed instructions collected from the writings and speeches of Leader Ocalan, and reading the report of the General Committee of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and the Kurdistan Women’s Freedom Party.  It has been observed that practical activities at the level of both committees and small organizations as well as at the level of fragmented organizations were dealt with, evaluated in detail and implemented in New Year's practice by drawing out rich lessons.

 As is well known, the struggle for freedom waged by our Party in 2021 reached a new climax in all respects.  The fascist occupation attack launched by the Justice and Development Party and the Nationalist Movement Party on Gari during February and in  Metîna, Zab and Avashin as of April 23 was crushed by the heroic resistance of the fighters of the Popular Defense Forces and the fighters of the Free Women’s Units Star.  The heroic resistance of the guerrilla, and was able to abort the liquidation plot hatched by the fascist Justice and Development and the National Movement Party with the support of the United States of America and the complicity of the Kurdistan Democratic Party;  The Turkish fascism, which was not able to occupy the legitimate defense areas and could not break the resistance of our people and its friends, is now subject to defeat and certain collapse.

 A salute to the 2021 resistance that developed in this way and created historical results, our meeting revealed its rich lessons by criticizing the mistakes and shortcomings that the resistance went through. On this basis, all kinds of individual creativity, unplanned, unstrategic, tactical, criticize and condemn the understanding and methods and remain  narrow and closed,  it necessary to insist on the strategic method of the revolutionary people's war in depth and broadness.  The guerrilla streak of democratic modernity to be creative, to fight as much as in the mountain, to target fascism economically, politically and militarily, to carry out effective reprisals and reprisals, and strike the fascist enemy and in this context he called the guerrillas in particular to renew all the fighting forces from all sides and to struggle effectively.

 Where the Central Committee meeting evaluated in detail the reality of Leader Ocalan and his resistance in Imrali and the level of our understanding and implementation of it with a special agenda, in a large way, and in this context, the meeting explained, starting with the correct understanding of the truth of Leader Ocalan and the successful implementation of that, that our primary task is to spread the truth of the leader in the Middle East and the world, and to reach  to all the oppressed, especially women and youth. The meeting also referred to the historical resistance of Imrali, which is developing with isolation and increasing physical and mental pressure, stressing that the basis of the great war is being waged in Imrali. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the resistance of Leader Ocalan from all sides and put it into practice successfully;  In this context, the perceptions and attitudes that believed that the previous operations in Imrali would be criticized and condemned in the same way, called on all our comrades, people and friends to understand the operation correctly and to struggle more effectively;  The situation in Imrali and the state of isolation were also evaluated, as a result of which all contacts and negotiations with the leader Ocalan were cut off, and the threat and danger he posed, and it was necessary to warn those who do these things again, and to call for a united struggle against the state of isolation that extended and expanded in Kurdistan and all of Turkey.

 Our meeting came to the fact that ideology represents 80% of our liberation struggle as well as World War III, and the meeting emphasized the attempts of Turkish fascism on this level in order to implement the policies of extermination and national fusion. Therefore, we must pay increased attention to the ideological struggle and intensify propaganda, literature and art that support our thought.  The ideological struggle, in particular, the training of youth and the general public on the basis of democratic modernity. The meeting pointed to the need to escalate the ideological struggle against the individualism of capitalist modernity, which has reached the stage of epidemic;  It is necessary to build a free personality and a democratic society, and on this basis we appeal to all the patriotic intellectuals, including Kurdish writers, artists and writers, to organize their ranks more to carry out the cultural renaissance of the freedom revolution.

 The Central Committee meeting also discussed the current political and military situation in several ways, focusing on potential events and determining the necessary political and military tasks in the new operation, and drew attention to the signs of decline shown by the United States of America, stressing that this situation was a confirmation of the views and ideas of leader Abdullah Ocalan thirty years ago.  He also stressed that the Third World War will continue and that the central role in the Middle East will continue as well, and stressed that the method and approach that he wants to preserve will not win the political and military conflict in the current circumstances, so it is necessary to be vigilant and supportive in all ways, where he drew attention  to the historical collapse of capitalism, the system of power and the state in its person, and stressed the historical importance of developing the global struggle for democracy based on the liberation of women and the social environment.

 The meeting discussed in detail the level of struggle in Kurdistan and the war on the three main lines, the values ​​of the conflicts and the relations between the classic genocidal line pursued by the AKP and MHP fascism and the nation-state formation line pursued by the United States and the KDP, and noted that although there are some  The dispute between them, however, is that there are special alliances against the line of freedom sought by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, and he stressed that the level of alliance with the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party in recent years constitutes the greatest threat to the existence and freedom of the Kurdish people, and notes that the fascist rule of the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party  He is still standing on his feet with the support of the KDP, so he stressed the importance of making a bigger effort to oust him.

 He also mentioned that the fascism of the AKP and the MHP is attacking with all its might to erase the existence and freedom of the Kurdish people on the face of the earth and that it will continue to do so for as long as possible. Today, the struggle to overthrow the fascism of the AKP and the MHP is the most democratic and revolutionary struggle.  In the Middle East and the world, therefore, this struggle must take place in such unity in Kurdistan, Turkey and the world, and in this context he called on all parties, organizations, social sectors, women’s and youth movements, and national and revolutionary forces in Kurdistan to wage a joint struggle against the fascism of the Justice and Development Party  and the Nationalist Movement Party, where he reiterated that when the AKP and the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) and the AKP fascism are to be overthrown, and in order to prevent their forms from taking their place, all leftist, socialist, revolutionary, democratic forces in Turkey, women’s and youth movements, parties, organizations, trade unions must  And the associations fight a common struggle and manage the democratic anti-fascist revolution together and organize the democratic movement on this basis as the third alliance.

 The meeting stressed the importance of tactical relations with everyone as the third political force, pointing to the historical importance in solving problems in Syria and Iraq on the basis of democratic transition, so it again called on the governments of Syria, Iraq and Iran in particular, and all political forces in these areas to work together to find a solution  of the Kurdish cause on the basis of democratization, and emphasized the historical importance of the great victory that our people achieved in Rojava and northeastern Syria over ISIS, although some forces did not speak out against ISIS, and took uncoordinated methods, the residents of northern and eastern Syria are congratulated even  Today for their successful and united struggle against these forces, our meeting also praised the positions and actions of Leader Ocalan and the PKK around the world and stressed that in order to guarantee Kurdish freedom on the basis of deep democracy, every effort must be made to intensify the struggle.

 On this basis, our meeting drew up a set of decisions, a plan of action and a struggle, and accordingly completed its work successfully by renewing the method of organization and management.

 It is very clear that with the meeting of the Central Committee of the PKK, the freedom movement and our people have become more organized and ready for the new year of struggle, to overthrow the fascism of the AKP and the MHP, and break the isolation of Imrali, the struggle for a free Kurdistan and Turkey will be escalated in a more democratic way  Organized and effective and on the line of victory, for this, we will escalate the struggle against the enemies and unite our ranks. This is why in the twenty-fourth year, the struggle against the February 15 conspiracy will escalate, and March 8 and Nowruz will witness a new peak in the struggle for freedom, and we will turn this year into a stronger year for struggle and greater victory.

 On the basis of this meeting, we commemorate with respect, love and gratitude the 16th anniversary of her martyrdom, the member of the PKK Revival Committee and the great martyr of Southern Kurdistan, and we will preserve the historical struggle for freedom that we will develop on the basis of the results of the meeting of our Central Committee.

 We also call on all our party comrades, our patriotic people and our friends to correctly understand, implement and implement the results of the Central Committee meeting, in order to break the February 15 conspiracy and turn the fiftieth year of the leader and the party into a year of historic victory with effective struggle.
