Total 7 –day curfew imposed on Hasaka Canton

Due to the current situation in the city of Hasaka in North eastern Syria, and, in a bid to preserve peace and security in the region and prevent ISIS sleeper cells supported by the Turkish occupation state that eager to revive and target civilians and subvert stability in North eastern Syria and bring in anarchy and disorder a seven -day total curfew is being imposed by the Internal Affairs Body of the North and East Syria on the Hasaka Canton as a partial one imposed on all NES regions. 

The curfew comes into effect as of 24 January 2022 and expires on 31 January 2022; all bakeries, flour mills, health centers, fuel facilities and municipalities remain on duty.

Regarding other NES regions, the partial curfew begins daily at 06:00 in the evening and continues up to 06:00 in the morning as movement between cities is not allowed within the time implied.

The statement said ''Turkey has proven again that it is the mastermind of ISIS and that it poses threats to regional and global security''.

The Internal Affairs Body concluded it is all hope that NES people adhere to the measures taken to help forces carry out duty successfully and to preserve peace and stability prevailing the North and East Syria.
