Manbij Intellectual's Union: Faisal Meqdad deforms facts on ground

Days ago Faisal Meqdad the Syrian Foreign Minister said the U.S. presence in Syria obstructs the dialogue between the Syrian government and the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.

On the issue, Co-chair of the Intellectuals' Union in Manbij Ahmed Yusuf stressed that the aim of Faisal Meqdad statements is to deform reality on the ground, ' these allegations are groundless, the Syrian regime from the onset of the Syrian Crisis has never sought to embrace dialogue''.

Yusuf said it is very obvious that the regime impedes the dialogue and puts the blame on others, to avert responsibility in front of the Syrian people but the actual reality is the Syrian regime is not interested in dialogue, this is very clear,  the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria has always sought dialogue on which it undertook many initiatives, the AANES is based on dialogue''.

Yusuf said Meqdad's statements are merely deforming the actual reality on the ground, it is not true they want dialogue while the AANES rejects it''.

Via this bids the Syrian regime wants to show itself as a patriotic one, it does not represts all Syrian, rather interests of countries it serves''.

Yusuf said at the end of his words '' the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria represents itself and the people, dialogue does not launches by a U.S. signal, rather it emanates from the will of the NES people''.
