Politicians-intellectuals: Migration in Southern Kurdistan is to displace the Kurds

The migrant crisis on the Belarusian and Polish borders was exacerbated by the policies of their countries, Turkish intervention and ongoing attacks on Kurdistan territory aimed at exterminating Kurds. Most of those who had recently drowned in the Manch Sea were Kurds, in addition to those on the Belarusian border.

Intellectuals Union member of Jazira region, Azhar Ahmed, points out that immigration in the Kurdistan regions, specifically in Southern Kurdistan, is a dangerous phenomenon, and that it must stop, considering it the most dangerous in the light of everything that the Kurdistan regions are going through and the extermination of the Kurds.

He said: "The Kurdish people are most vulnerable to targeting and displacement, and there is great encouragement to migrate from many parts of the world, mostly hidden, as well as hidden objectives, which may not be visible, but a strategy with far-reaching and deeper objectives than migrants imagine.

"All parts of Kurdistan are subject to migration, displacement in thoughtful ways and methods, and many funds are allocated to encourage migration, especially young people, as the most effective productive capacity and dynamic military, cultural and social capabilities."

In the same context, the member of the Presidential Council of the Democratic Syria Council, Janda Mohammed, stresses that the Turkish occupying state, through its constant attacks on north and east Syria and its constant threats, is the main cause of migration, in an attempt to empty the region of its components, primarily the Kurds.

She said: "When it occupies the areas, it makes demographic change and ethnic cleansing, it displaces the people from their areas, it replaces them with others, it changes the features of the occupied cities, it is a systematic policy of the Turkish state to empty the area of indigenous peoples, and it implements its occupation and expansionist projects and revives its dream in the Misak-ı Millî.” 

The main reason for the migration of Kurds from Southern Kurdistan to PDK politics against the people of Southern Kurdistan is the lack of justice and equality, the failure to defend Kurdistan areas and the widespread corruption in their State institutions, as shown by refugees from the Belarusian border in video clips.

According to observers, the policy of PDK is to empty and demographically change the areas of Kurdistan; To implement the policy of the Turkish occupying state in Southern Kurdistan.

Intellectuals Union member of Jazira region, Azhar Ahmed, asserts that the Kurdistan Regional Government, KRG, is facilitating the Kurds migration process from Southern Kurdistan: "KRG helps young people travel abroad."

Azhar Ahmed links the reasons for the migration from Southern Kurdistan to the systematic tactics of Turkish and global intelligence to the hands of the Mafias and the networks of Kurd smugglers; to empty the area, eliminate the Kurdish presence and its culture.
