Guerrilla resistance thwarted Turkish endeavours

Since last April 23, the Turkish occupation army has launched brutal and intense attacks on Başûr (South Kurdistan). where the Chemical weapons have been used hundreds of times, along with advanced weapons, in the war of extermination Guerrilla resistance , inflecting heavy losses of the Turkish occuapation in equipment and lives.

In a statement, the People’s Defense Forces (HPG )announced that the Turkish state had used chemical weapons 323 times in its war on Southern Kurdistan.

In this context, Hadla Hassan, indicated that the use of chemical weapons is prohibited globally ,she added, "Although the Turkish state is a member of NATO, but it violates international laws and uses globally prohibited chemical weapons in its war on Guerrilla forces, due to its failure to advance militarily despite using all advanced weapons.

Hassan pointed out that "when the Syrian regime used chemical weapons, we witnessed an international intervention, where they implemented the stipulated laws to prevent using such weapons, but the Turkish state uses these weapons against guerrilla, without any reactions from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, Human Rights Organization and other countries." On the contrary, everyone keeps silent about this crime."

Al-Hassan confirmed through her speech that "the Turkish state uses chemical weapons in Başûr (Southern Kurdistan) to get rid of the Kurdish presence which is done with global approval, and even in Rojava, despite the presence of Russian and American forces, but we are witnessing massacres and continuous threats against the Kurdish people, because they are here for only their interests, not to protect the Kurdish people.

Al-Hassan concluded by saying: "The Turkish state withdrew from some areas in Başûr Kurdistan, despite its use of chemical weapons, all methods of warfare and advanced weapons, with the help of Kurdistan Democratic Party but it failed in getting its goals.
