SDF refutes Turkish occupation allegations in carrying out attacks against its army

On Thursday, SDF Media Center released statement to refute the accusations of launching attacks.

The statement said: " Occupied areas in NE, Syria and its outskirts are being deliberately shelled by Turkish occupation on daily basis, using heavy weapons in targeting the residents and their properties. So, large number of civilians had been martyred and wounded in order to justify its aggression, in which Turkish state restored to promote the fake news, one of them was the accusation of our forces in launching attacks against its occupier army, we have already mentioned that there is no presence of our forces there, that Turkish occupation claimed of carrying out attacks, the aim of the fake allegations is to justify its attacks on NE, Syira."   

The statement confirmed that "during the month of September alone, the Turkish occupation state violated the agreement of De-escalation zone more than 194 times. During these attacks, the occupation shelled the area with more than 1,067 mortars and artillery shells, causing the death of five civilians and wounding six others. In addition, the occupation bombed five bases of Syrian government forces, where a soldier lost his life. "

The Syrian Democratic Forces concluded by saying: "It is clear day after day that the dirty face of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, and to hide that, and in order to deceive the Turkish people and exploit the chauvinistic feelings of some of them, and to try to hide the dirty truth of the ruling power, is extensively resorting to the tricks of private war. Although it is the Turkish occupation army that is constantly attacking our safe zones, it is trying to pervert the facts and show our forces as the attacker. We therefore call upon world public opinion, first and foremost the Turkish people, to know this fact and to be careful of the lies of occupation.
