Foreign Relations: behavior of the Başûr government towards Jihad was illegal

 This came during a statement issued by the Department of Foreign Relations of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, commenting on the release of the representative of the Autonomous Administration by the authorities of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, 112 days after the kidnapping, and his expulsion from Başûr Kurdistan, devoid of personal documents, with the decision to prevent his return to Başûr, and it said in a text  Statement:

 "After a hundred and twelve days of kidnapping and unjustified detention and without any legal argument as well as with very difficult health conditions that the representative of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Mr. Jihad Hassan spent in Hawler in prison, without allowing him to communicate with his family and lawyer and without any trial, we were surprised today by the release of  Our colleague Jihad from Başûr Kurdistan acted illegally and far from the lowest standards of humanitarian treatment, without any documents after seizing his personal documents, in these sensitive, delicate and difficult circumstances that the region and Rojava (northern and eastern Syria) are going through, which require that support and assistance be provided to them.

 These developments come amid the continuing state of systematic complexity on the part of Başûr Kurdistan regarding the Semalka crossing and the complexity of the procedures for crossing.  While we condemn and denounce this unjustified and inhuman behavior, we appeal to the wise in Başûr Kurdistan to use the language of reason and calm instead of this escalation and unjustified practices, because these practices absolutely do not serve any party except the enemies who benefit regionally from these behaviors.
