TEV-DEM, Kongra Star members confirm the people's resistance must be stepped up against isolation

Day after day, the Turkish state is increasing the isolation on the leader Ocalan, despite passing 22 years in his prison in Imarli Island.

Members of the Kongra Star and the TEV-DEM movement expressed disgruntled reactions to this isolation.

Administrator of the Kongra Star, Ibtisam Hussien, stressed that the tightening of isolation on Leader Abdullah Ocalan affected the people of north and east Syria and said:" Shengal people are stepping up their resistance, so for this reason the Turkish state imposed severe isolation on Ocalan's leader."

Previously, Ocalan's leader has warned from the threats that may target the Yazidis community and committing massacres against them, particularly in Shenagl Province.

Ibtisam noted the need to organize the people themselves against the dominant forces that want to eradicate the people's revolution, adding: "The dominant powers interference throughout the Middle East, targeting civilians in every possible way and violating human rights standards, all of which is in the hands of the occupying Turkish state."

For his part, TEV-DEM coordinator, Shiro Shiro, considered that the captivity of leader Abdullah Ocalan, "is the elimination of peace. However, from inside the prison, leader Ocalan was able to transfer his projects for peace, brotherhood of the people and democratic paradigm to the peoples, and in turn the Turkish state realized the impact of the leader's views on society, and therefore made every effort to suppress these views, and in the end, I blocked the way for me to meet with leader Ocalan."

Shiro explained that the isolation imposed on Leader Abdullah Ocalan was isolation on Rojava people and continued: "But society was trained in the ideas of the leader, so he was able to resist and was able to organize himself based on the ideas of leader Ocalan."

Shiro stated that the occupying Turkish state by tightening isolation on leader Abdullah Ocalan did not pay attention to human rights: "Rojava people must therefore be fully prepared at various levels, undermine the policies that are being planned against him and continue their struggle."

Shiro added: "If something happens to the leader, the Turkish state will not be spared from this crime, and it is better to deal with the Kurdish people and leader Ocalan through political and peaceful means and means."

On lifting isolation, Shiro Shiro said their enduring slogan was "Resistance is Life," and praised the resistance to prisons, adding: "Resistance within prisons is historical. As the wall of fear was broken by the first shot of the martyr Agid, he would break the wall of isolation against leader Abdullah Ocalan by resisting the prisons and the uprising of Rojava people."
