People of Kobane: KRG should release representatives of Autonomous Administration soon

The arrest of the PYD's members of the Autonomous Administration's representatives by the Kurdistan Democratic Party since June 10, has sparked popular anger in northeast Syria.

The people of the city of Kobane during interviews conducted by ANHA agency with them during their participation in the "March of Dignity against Occupation and Betrayal", condemned the arrest of the PYD's members and the Autonomous Administration's representatives and demanded their immediate release.

Citizen Reber Hussein said in this regard: "The Kurdistan government should hear messages of anger from the Kurdish people, who refuse to detain members of the AANES without any reason, because this is in the interest of the Turkish occupying state, as well as a flagrant mistake made by Başûr's authorities at a time when they the region to a new international conspiracy against the Kurds."

As for the citizen, Sheikh Khalil Ahmed, he said: “The KRG should release the members of the Autonomous Administration. We do not know why they were arrested, but it turns out to be a Turkish plot, so the KRG should review its actions in the interest of Kurdish people.

 As for the citizen Mervat Muhammad, she asked: "What do the KRG's authorities want from us? What mistake did we make to arrest the representatives of the AANES in Başûr? Instead of putting its hand in ours, it arrests our representatives there. We demand the KRG to release them immediately.

In turn, the citizen Nasra Darwish condemned what the KRG had done, and considered it: "a step that contributes to increasing the gap in Kurdish relations, igniting the strife among the Kurds, and is in the interest of the enemies of the Kurds, led by the Turkish occupation state, so we ask the regional government to be loyal with its people." And release the people's representatives in the Autonomous Administration in Başûr Kurdistan.
