Ground offensive and aerial shelling on Medya Zones by Turkish occupation

It was stated by the HPG that a ground offensive and an aerial shelling was undertaken by the Turkish occupation forces on Avashin, Metina and Zap Regions in the Medya Self Defence Zones saying no damages were sustained.

Media Office of the Peoples' Defence Forces, the HPG, issued a statement on the ground offensive and aerial shelling undertaken by the Turkish occupation forces on Avashin, Metina and Zap Regions reads:

'' a ground offensive and an aerial shelling via tanks and helicopters was undertaken by the Turkish occupation forces on Tal Zandura, Keste fields, Derdar, Dishish and Qemriye Castle in Metina Region.

On June 6^th, at 11:00 and 01:20, an aerial shelling was carried out by the Turkish occupation forces via warplanes on Mam Resho and Mervanos in Avashin.

On June 6^th, at 12:00 and 01:30, an aerial shelling was carried out by the Turkish occupation forces via helicopters on Cilo Seghira in Zap Region.

On June 7^th, at 06: 30, an shelling was carried out by artillery in a station on border targeting Cem Cimo region.

Our forces sustained no damages in this barbaric shelling''.
