Zenobia Feminist Gathering see light in Raqqa

Present at the session was Berivan Xaled Co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, and Shiraz Hemo Co-chair of the Afrin Executive Council, Siham Daud, Seretary General of the Syria's Future Party, Lilwa Abdullah Commander in the Syrian Democratic Forces and many others representing Circassian Society in Manbij, Turkomen Society and feminists from Raqqa, Tabqa and Deir Ezzor. 

After a minute of silence was observed, I'timad Ahmed spoke on behalf of the Preparation Committee saying: ''we are fathering today embodying all Syrian components to declare Zenobia Feminist Gathering as a coronation of our fighting heritage and the sacrifices made by women''.  

That was followed by a speech made by Maryam Ibraheem on behalf of women of  Raqqa, Tabqa and Deir Ezzor saying :'' thye gathering indicates the leading role played by women in the society and after four years of liberating women is taking her right position in society, after the democratic nation notion was put into practise and occupying her place in all associations and bodies''.
