The Damascus government intelligence service, by recruiting agents, has created chaos in the area, and members of a cell captured by Anti - Terrorist Units say that their primary objective was to strike security and stability at the instructions of Damascus intelligence agents.

The persons arrested are "Tarek Saud Al-Taban, who is the cell's official, who recruited and lured the cells with money and assigned tasks to them after receiving orders from Syrian Intelligence Agency, and Ahmed Matar Qasbir and Alaa Fathi Matar, members of the cell; Their mission was to target Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) military points and work to establish the so - called "Clan Army" in order to create discord between the components of the region and the mine industry. "

Members of the cell, during their confessions, revealed how they joined the cell, what tasks they were assigned to, and from whom they were instructed.

Ahmed Qasbir, a dissident soldier of the Damascus Government, indicated that he had joined the cell as part of a settlement and reconciliation process with the Damascus Government forces.

'The condition of targeting the SDF in return for reconciliation

"One of the conditions they asked him to accept a reconciliation was the targeting of Syrian Democratic Forces SDF, the assassination and filming of fighters, and the most important focus on targeting military vehicles," Qasbir said.

He revealed that their cell was responsible for Abo Yasser of the "Political Security Branch," and confirmed that the main objective of the operations was to destabilize security in the Deir ez-Zor area.

Tarek alleged that Aboud was lured him with money to work in cell belongs to Military Security and launching attacks against SDF and AANES institutions in Deir-ez-Zor and Hasakah.

After that he became cell official, run his work inside the Security Square, with two persons are named Salem Al-Hassani and Abo Ahmed.

The Head of Military Security Branch, Gen. Mohammed Al-Jaweer was the official on them, provided them with weapons.

He confirmed that he was directing the cell members to target cars belonging to SDF, especially in the Al-Busira area and on the train tracks in the area, and that they targeted more than 10 cars in addition to water stations and other buildings.

Tarek pointed out that some of the instructions and tasks were to write phrases on some walls in Al - Hasakah, that he was directing people to write them and that the words "Assad is coming and the Syrian army is coming."

It was revealed that there were more than 50 intelligence cells of the Damascus Government in the region, the primary objective of which was to destabilize and target the AA's project.
