AA undertakes to establish security, decent living in Tayy neighborhood

This came during a visit by a delegation from the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Al-Jazira region, today, to Tayy neighborhood, south of the city of Qamishlo.

The delegation included the Co-presidency of the Executive Council in Al-Jazira region, Talaat Yunus and Nazira Gewriya, the Co-presidency of the Interior Body in Al-Jazira region, Kanaan Barakat and Samar Hussein, the Co-chair of the Health Body in Al-Jazira region, Mustafa Kalash, the Co-chair of the Qamishlo District Council, Perwin Yousef, and members of the People's Municipality of Qamishlo city.

The Co-chair of the Executive Council in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Al-Jazira region, Talaat Yunus, made a statement in which he said: "We congratulate the restoration of security and peace to Tayy neighborhood on all the people of the neighborhood, the people of Qamishlo, the martyrs, and all the security forces who sacrificed and resisted."

He continued, "Tayy neighborhood is a neighborhood affiliated with the city of Qamishlo, and all its components are residents of this region. They faced many suffering and hardships and were deprived of service and living activities, due to the control of the National Defense mercenaries over the neighborhood and their prevention of the Autonomous Administration from providing the necessary services."

Yunus indicated that "from now on, all the Autonomous Administration institutions will be fully prepared to compensate the people of the neighborhood for the suffering they faced under the mercenaries of the National Defense, by providing health, environmental and electrical services, and on an ongoing basis."

Yunus affirmed: "We will achieve security, stability and organization for the people of Tayy, serve the people of society, seek to achieve a decent life for the people of the region, and we pledge to establish security and a decent life in Tayy neighborhood."
