“Since the beginning, the Yazidi people have been subjected to massacres and extermination, because they are a peaceful people, believers in their faith and preserve their sanctities in the land of Şengal, by extremist and militant groups, the latest of which is the August 3, 2014 massacre, and as a result, the sanctity of this people was violated and its people were displaced, and its women were kidnapped and their men were killed in front of The eyes of the world are at the hands of ISIS mercenaries.

And that massacre took place through international agreements, and the door to handing over Şengal was opened by the central government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Democratic Party. While the People's Protection Units and Women and the Popular Defense Forces defended the sanctities and people of Şengal, and after the liberation of Şengal from ISIS and the establishment of self-administration, its people managed themselves.

We in the Yazidi house in Aleppo condemn and denounce all conspiracies against this Yazidi people in the peaceful Şengal who defended their historical values and on their land, and the Iraqi army's threats to Şengal are not in the interest of the Iraqis, but rather serve the interests of the enemies of the Iraqi people, and all the Iraqi components.

We call on the international community, all human rights and humanitarian organizations and the United Nations to intervene quickly to prevent another massacre of this pure land. "

The statement ended by chanting slogans that salute the resistance of the people of Şengal.
