Ali added, "If Turkey arrests mayors and diplomats, the trial of a fighter like Cicek Kobane, who fought mercenaries in defense of her land, is not far from Turkey."

Regarding the trial of Kobane, a Syrian tried Turkish territory, human rights defender Masoud Ali said: “The Penal Code in Syria Article 32 which states: (It does not allow the recovery of crimes within the scope of territorial, personal and personal jurisdiction) as defined by Articles 15 to 17 and the end of the first paragraph of Article 18 and Articles 18 to 21. "

Ali added, "In addition to the 1983 Riyadh Agreement for Judicial Cooperation between the countries of the Arab League, as well as the agreement of a number of foreign countries, Italy, Belgium and America, which all provide for the extradition of criminals to their countries in the event that they commit a crime, felony or misdemeanor except for political refugees and slaves, according to administrative procedures. "

 Ali pointed out that "the Syrian government can address Turkey through the Turkish embassy to hand over Cicek Kobane as a Syrian citizen according to administrative procedures and to try her within the Syrian territories if there is a penalty."

Human rights defender Masoud Ali noted, at the end of his speech, that the Cicek Kobane family can demand through human rights organizations and European committees to surrender their daughter to the Syrian judiciary or to be tried by the International Court.
