In an escalation of its continuous aggression against the region, since the 17th of this month, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries have attacked the villages surrounding Ain Issa district, amid the silence of the Russian guarantor in the face of its violations, while the Turkish bombardment caused the martyrdom of a number of civilians and wounding others.

To condemn these attacks, members of the Women's Office of the Syrian Democratic Council in al-Shaddadi district of al-Hasakah canton spoke to our agency.

Member Abeer al-Saleh said: "The course of events and conflicts of foreign countries on the Syrian arena now indicates that these countries want to prolong the Syrian crisis to serve their interests, and that the collusion of the guarantor countries with Turkey is what allows them to enable their criminal role in Ain Issa and other cities in the north and east Syria.

Abeer indicated that the best solution for the peoples and components of the region is the Autonomous Administration that fulfilled their aspirations, stressing also that the repeated Turkish attacks on Ain Issa and the M4 international road are a systematic policy to pressure the administration and destabilize security and stability in the region.

The member Intisar Hassen agreed that the repeated Turkish occupation attacks on Ain Issa were to strike the security and stability of the region, adding that they "spread terror and fear in the hearts of the people, occupy and bring about a demographic change in the region."

Intisar Hassen indicated that the Turkish occupation committed massive massacres against the people of the occupied areas with the aim of forcibly displacing the local residents, as it was observed in Afrin, Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî, and that it is working hard to stir up strife among the components of the people in north and east Syria.

In the conclusion of her speech, Intisar Hassen said that everything that is happening in Syria is open play between the countries and the warring powers, amid international silence, which indicates an agreement and overt collusion.
