​​​​​​​Young Women's Movement lights candles on martyrs' tombs in Dêrik

In conjunction with the approaching eighth anniversary of the Paris massacre, which was committed against Sakine Cansız and her companions, today the Young Woman Movement lit candles on the tombs of the martyrs at the Martyr Xebat (Khabat) Cemetery in Dêrik.

Today, the Young Women's Movement, with the approach of the eighth anniversary of the Paris massacre committed against the three Kurdish strugglers "Sakine Cansız, Leyla Şeylemaz and Fidan Doğan" went to the Martyr Xebat Cemetery in Dêrik.

Upon reaching the shrine, they stood a minute of silence, followed by showing a short film on the history and struggle of the martyr Sakine Cansız and her companions who were martyred at the hands of the Turkish intelligence in Paris on January 9th, 2013.

After the short film finished, the members of the Young Women's Movement went to the Martyr Xebat Shrine, and lit candles on the tombs of the martyrs, chanting slogans that saluted the resistance of free women.
