Serêkaniyê  displaced women stress escalation of  struggle until occupation is defeated

The regions of northeastern Syria, especially Ain Issa, Tel Tamr and their villages are subjected to fierce bombardment by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on a daily basis, with the aim of occupying them, as civilians are being targeted, while the Syrian Democratic Forces are confronting the attacks with courage and strength, within the framework of legitimate defense. In addition, reactions against the occupation are frequent.

A number of forcibly displaced women from Serêkaniyê and residents of WashoKani camp in the town of Tuwina, west of al-Hasakah city center, condemned the occupation's crimes and emphasized the continuation of struggle.

Amsha Khder Saeed, the mother of the martyr Kujber, a forcibly displaced from Serêkaniyê denounced the violations committed by Turkey and its mercenaries against its people, and said: "We condemn and denounce the inhuman violations that are contrary to international conventions, rights and committed against the people of northeastern Syria in general and in Ain Issa and Tel Tamr in particular which have persisted throughout the past years and will remain steadfast in the face of the invaders and the Turkish occupation."

They occupied our city by force of arms before the world

She added: "We do not know what Turkey wants, and what is its problem with us. We have not attacked its land or its people. It kills our children and women, commits massacres in front of the whole world, and occupied our city by force of arms."

Amsha indicated that it was not the first time that they were displaced, as they were displaced from Serêkaniyê when the so-called Jabhet al-Nusra and other mercenary groups attacked it, and this time the Turkish occupation killed, looted and stole their lands and properties, and added: "All Turkey’s repressive practices will not stop us from practicing our struggle, or it breaks our spirit, we will not be defeated by the Turkish tyranny, and we are still on the covenant with our martyrs to follow their footsteps."

As for Shamsa Hamad Bakr who was displaced from Leylan village affiliated to Serêkaniyê, and resides in Washokani camp, she explained: "The goal of the Turkish occupation from the continued attacks is to plunder, steal and fully control the wealth of northeastern Syria," noting that the pages of Ottoman history are full of blood, as they came to power by shedding the blood of all those who revolted against their oppressive and arbitrary policy. Under the pretext of religion, they killed the Armenians, under the pretext of rebellion, they killed the Arabs, and under the pretext of nationality, they killed the Kurds."

Shamsa emphasized that "the people in northeastern Syria have become alert and not oblivious to Turkey's plans which wants to occupy the Syrian lands and annex them to Turkey."

Turkish violations broke human laws and norms

Shamsa pointed out that there are many international and human rights organizations around the world, "but they do nothing on the ground, and they do not issue any response to Turkey's ongoing crimes." They only denounce the crimes, so the International Security Council which is responsible for maintaining international peace and security must stop Turkey and its mercenaries, and put an end to Turkey's crimes and violations that violate human laws and norms."

Shamsa also expressed her regret about the stance of the Arab countries that "do nothing, and remain silent about what Turkey is doing with children and women, in addition to making the demographic change."

 At the end of her speech, Shamsa confirmed that the components of northeastern Syria will not stand idly by, nor let Turkey achieve its goal of destroying the security and stability of northeastern Syria, saying: "We will not give up our struggle until the occupation is removed from our occupied areas, and what is taken by force can only be restored by force."

The sects and nationalities present in northeastern Syria accept only Autonomous Administration

Sabah Jumaa, the Administrative Officer at the Kongra Star in Washokani camp, and among the forcibly displaced women from Serêkaniyê said: "Turkey aims to break the steadfastness of Ain Issa people, disperse the peoples in northeastern Syria, and it does not miss any opportunity to attack our areas and kill our people, but it will not be able to underestimate our will. We have been displaced from our land, but we live in our homeland."

Sabah noted that the sects and nationalities present in the regions of northeastern Syria do not accept administration except for the Autonomous Administration. "Their project is a democratic project that aims to protect all the rights of all components, and establish equality among them."

 Sabah also confirmed that they will escalate their struggle until the occupied territories by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries are liberated.
