Armenia's Minister for Foreign Affairs submits resignation

Armenia's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Anna Naghdalyan, said that Minister for Foreign Affairs, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has resigned, showing a photo of the message sent to Prime Minister Nicol Pashniyan on her personal Facebook webpage, according to the AREMEN PRESS.

Earlier, Pashniyan had said that Armenia failed in the war in Karabakh, for it did not fight Azerbaijan alone, rather it was fighting Turkey and the affiliated mercenaries from the Middle East, considering himself ''responsible'' for what has fallen the county.

Armenia and Azerbaijan with the mediation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, reached a ceasefire agreement on November 9^th, stipulating that Armenian an Azeri forces maintain their positions, and deployment by Russian peacekeeping forces to the frontlines in Karabakh and the corridor linking Armenian territories to Karabakh.

Clashes between the two sides erupted on September 27^th, amid Turkish endeavours to ignite struggle, by backing Azerbaijan and sending Syrian and Libyan mercenaries to fight Armenian forces in Karabakh.
