The KDP keeps escalating against the Kurdish Liberation Movement in parallel with the ongoing Turkish attacks on Kurdistan.

The Head of KDP Masoud Barzani's statements peaked the escalation, on November 2, and he said: "The People's Defense Forces (HPG) should leave the areas they occupied by force of arms !!"

The Co-chair of the Kurdistan Democratic Peace Party, Talal Muhammad, reminded that “the PKK is a Kurdish party with longstanding legacy, and it has provided thousands of martyrs for the Kurdish people and cause; it also helped all parts of Kurdistan, no one can deny that.”

He added: "History bears witness to how the PKK defended Şengal during ISIS mercenaries' attacks in 2014, and how it did defend Rojava, northern and eastern Syria during the attacks of ISIS mercenaries. "

Muhammad noted that the PKK has been fighting for 50 years for the Kurdish cause in Bakur Kurdistan and Turkey, saying: "PKK's presence on the geography of Kurdistan is a natural right."

The Co-chair of the Kurdistan Democratic Peace Party considered the escalation practiced by the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which has mobilized its forces in Garê region of Başur Kurdistan, as "plans and conspiracies to besiege the PKK to weaken it."

Muhammad said: "Any Kurdish achievement was made thanks to the PKK, everyone knows that the party is striving to achieve the aspirations of the Kurdish people, and weakening it means undermining the Kurdish people."
