KSC: International powers planned to dismantle PFM

Today, October 9th marks the 22nd anniversary of the international conspiracy against the leader Ocalan.

In this vein, the coordinator of the Kongra Star issued a statement to the public opinion, denouncing the conspiracy against Ocalan.

The text of the statement read:

"On the 22nd anniversary of the international conspiracy against Ocalan who has been fighting dictatorial states and international forces that divided Kurdistan into four parts, and the genocidal attacks again them through the international conspiracy.

22 years have passed on the imposed isolation on Ocalan in Imrali island, in solitary confinement. During these years, the Kurdish people have been subjected to various forms of persecution and fascism, but they resisted their enemies for hundreds of years, led by the thought and philosophy of the leader Ocalan and his resistance.

International and local forces were planning to dismantle the Kurdish people's freedom movement by overthrowing Ocalan, and Kurdish people demands for freedom, but they failed.

The Kurdish people under the leadership of the symbol of the revolution, intensified the pace of struggle for freedom, until the Kurdish People's Freedom Movement represented a movement of millions of Kurds.

It is known that the democratic nation system based on Ocalan's model, developed gradually in NE Syria - Rojava, is based on the diligent work of the leader Ocalan for 20 years. Today women are at the forefront of this model and system and all the peoples who are heading towards the path of freedom.

There is hope and light for all humankind, in today's world, where male domination prevails that spreads despair and distrust.

We know that the ruling and capitalist powers are afraid of the model of Ocalan that is based on an equal, free and democratic system that puts women in the forefront, this is the alternative model on which humanity is based today. So in northeastern Syria – Rojava to dismantle this experience, many attacks are carried out to reinforce the continuation of the international conspiracy. They want to break the resolve of women and the brotherhood of peoples and expose the Kurds to the injustice.

The fascist Turkish state occupied Serêkaniyê and Tal Abyad on October 9th, in continuation of the international conspiracy and assassinated Havrin Khalaf and Zahra Barkal for breaking women's resistance who preserve freedom and equality.

We know that both the international and regional countries are the ones that kept Kurdistan under occupation for hundreds of years. Today, this plot once again aims to end the resolve of the Kurds.

However, we will fight the colonial ambitions, and escalate our struggle and our resistance to end this international conspiracy, liberate the leader Ocalan and guarantee the status of the Kurdish people.

Therefore, we condemn the forces that carried out the international conspiracy. We pledge that we will increase our struggle and our resistance to achieve the freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan. "
