"Turkey's policies are expansionary and destabilizing in the region," said Shukri, during a press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakyanian.

The Egyptian official added, "If the Turkish statements do not coincide with actions, they do not matter," noting that "there are those who bring foreign fighters and terrorist organizations to Libya."

The Egyptian Foreign Minister stressed Cairo’s support for all efforts aimed at reaching a solution to the Libyan crisis, indicating Egypt's support for the “Libyan-Libyan” dialogue in Morocco.

He continued, "We adhere to a Libyan-Libyan political solution under the umbrella of the United Nations, and affirm the territorial integrity of Libya and respect for international resolutions."

For his part, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Manatsakyanian said, "Turkey is transferring foreign fighters to Azerbaijan."

In another context, and in light of international pressure and European hinting that sanctions could be imposed on Ankara due to its excavation work in the eastern Mediterranean, the Turkish exploration vessel "Uruk Reis" returned Sunday to the port of Antalya, south of Turkey.
