Seven Turkish soldiers killed in HPG operations in Haftanin

The People's Defense Forces, "Guerrilla", carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation army last Thursday, corresponding to August 20, as part of Haftanin resistance phase, which resulted in the killing of seven Turkish soldiers and the wounding of three others.

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement regarding the operation, stating: “Our forces carried out a specific operation against the combing operations carried out by the Turkish occupation army in Haftanin and in the legitimate defense areas during the revolutionary resistance phase in Haftanin on August 20, and the details of the operation are as follows:

At eight o'clock, our forces attacked the Turkish occupation army in the vicinity of the village of Banika, which was under its control, when the occupation army tried to infiltrate the village. .

Our forces took control of the area in which the Turkish occupation army was touring by striking the second wing of the occupation, and then they carried out a tactical operation, and in this process, two Turkish occupation army soldiers were killed and three others were wounded.

Our comrades Mizgin and Zana, who were in the ranks of the resistance from the beginning, left their fingerprints on this historic  resistance, and resisted in a commando manner and dealt painful blows to the Turkish enemy, our comrades Mizgin and Zana have martyred at this stage by Turkish occupation army's raid, we will reveal details about our comrades with the public soon.
