Temporary quarantine removed from Om al-Hosh village as military is not infected with virus

The Crisis Cell announced the lifting of the temporary quarantine that it had imposed on Om al-Hosh village of al-Shahba canton after a demobilized soldier entered the village suspected of having Corona, and that after the results of laboratory tests via PCR device has shown that the young man is not infected with the virus.

It is worth mentioning that the Syrian authorities had demobilized a number of recruits within the army in the past days, and as a result of lack of coordination with the Autonomous Administration, and their irresponsible procedures, one of the demobilized entered Om al-Hosh village in al-Shahba canton, after which, the emergency teams intervened and the necessary tests were taken for him, and it was found that there were symptoms similar to infection with the Corona virus in him, so he was transferred to Aleppo hospitals to confirm his condition.

At that time, the Crisis Cell imposed a temporary quarantine on Om al-Hosh village in al-Shahba canton on April 10 after the demobilized military entered the village. The quarantine was scheduled to last for 14 days, but on Thursday, April 16, the Cell announced that the quarantine will be removed from the village after the results of PCR analyses conducted for the young suspected of having Corona indicated that he does not have the virus.
