Al-Jazeera region’s streets are being sterilized

As part of the second stage of the sterilization process that started in March 15, sterilization teams within al-Jazeera region began sterilizing streets and sidewalks.

The sterilization teams of the people's municipalities continue to campaign sterilization within cities and neighborhoods. After completing the sterilization campaign for public institutions and facilities, the teams proceed to sterilize the main and subsidiary streets.

The Health Authority in the north and east of Syria and the municipalities of the people launched a campaign to sterilize public institutions and centers in March 15 to ward off the emergence of the Corona virus within the region, as a first step, with a BioPak sterilizer that would eliminate the bacteria.

In the framework of the second stage, the process of sterilizing public and subsidiary streets began to ward off the appearance of the Coronavirus.

Today, in the early morning hours, the sterilization teams took to the streets of the city of Qamishlo with their full protective clothing, and began sterilizing the streets, sidewalks and the doors of the shops, as a precaution to prevent the emergence of the new Corona virus, and to eliminate harmful bacteria and pests, and it is scheduled to continue until the entire city is sterilized.

Sterilization teams appealed to the residents to adhere to the homes and to abide by curfew decision, stressing that they work day and night to serve the people.
