Abdel-Ghani Oso said: "Water is the main nerve of life, and people must secure water in order to meet their daily needs. But now the water crisis in the city has been resolved, and the people will be bound by the ban more."

Abdel-Ghani Oso added: "Another reason is that al-Hasakah city is densely crowed with refugees from Serêkaniyê and its villages in al-Hasakah canton, as these displaced people live in shelter schools and they need the necessary daily needs and supplies, and it is possible that we cannot provide all their needs, so they are forced to go out a lot to secure what they lack. "

Abdel-Ghani Oso explained that, there are several other things in the city of al-Hasakah, including "the presence of areas under the control of the Syrian government, and they do not abide to as much as we are committed to the ban, and there are those who perform their duty to work abroad as health teams, and cleaners, there is a failure by us ".

Abdul Ghani Oso stressed that: "Starting from tomorrow, Friday, more control will be taken and compliance with the ban will be taken, and people should take the seriousness of the Coruna epidemic seriously, and adhere to preventive measures to ensure their safety and the safety of those around them."

Abdel-Ghani Oso continued his speech: "The advanced European countries have lost control of the Corona epidemic, despite the advancement of technology in it. As for us, despite the lack of advanced medical capabilities we have, we have managed through awareness campaigns and sterilization campaigns in our regions until now to prevent the emergence of the virus in the region."

He appealed from al-Hasakah city's people to adhere to the curfew decision as much as possible, and said: "Every member of society must maintain his and his family's health, in order to preserve the health of the entire community."
