The demonstrators tried to remove the concrete barriers placed in front of one of the entrances near the parliament, which led to clashes between the demonstrators and the security forces, and some injuries and fainting cases as a result of the use of tear gas.

The demonstrators block the road in front of the Murr Tower, as well as the Ring Road to al-Hamra Road, and the protesters in al-Balat alley tried to block the roads leading to the entrance to the government house, which led to clashes between the demonstrators and the army forces present there.

The protesters also gathered on al-Bahrya road leading to the House of Representatives, in an attempt to block the road, and the army tried to prevent them, which led to clashes between the two parties, which resulted in injuries to the demonstrators.

In a related context, a number of protesters closed the vicinity of the "Venice" hotel with plastic obstacles, while a number of them brushed the ground in the vicinity of the "Monroe Hotel", and raised banners calling for "stopping corruption" and "not to give confidence today to the government."

In its turn, the Lebanese army wrote on Twitter: "Riots and attacks on public and private property distort the demands, do not fulfill them, and do not fall into the category of expressing opinion."

The groups of the popular movement had called for massive demonstrations today under the title "No confidence", and demanded that the demonstrators prevent the MPs from reaching the parliament, and large groups arrived last night, from the Bekaa, the North and Sidon to the Martyrs Square and Riyadh al-Solh, where they stayed for the night inside the tents in The squares of downtown Beirut.
