Displaced continue flocking from Idlib to NE Syria

The displaced people continue to flock from Idlib city to the north and east of Syria, especially after the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces Mazloum Abdi said their doors are open to all the people of Idlib city.

On Saturday, a new batch of displaced people entered the regions of north and east Syria, and the number of families that entered reached 20 families.

Thus, the number of the families entered Manbij city through Awn al-Dadat crossing located in the north of the city at al-Sajour River line separating Manbij Military Council Forces on one side and the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation on the other side reached more than 220 families.

Hawar news agency’s camera interviewed a number of displaced people at the crossing.

The displaced person Musab Effendi from Idlib city displaced with his family to escape the Syrian regime's bombing of Idlib city and said that they went to the north and east of Syria because it is a safe haven, and added: "We have come large and vast distances to reach Manbij city where the doors are open to everybody."

For his part, the displaced Ibrahim Abdel Majeed said: "We have no refuge except for the north and east regions of Syria whose doors were open to us, especially after the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces Mazloum Abdi said that the doors of their areas are open to all displaced people from Idlib city."

Ibrahim indicated that they had left Idlib city a week ago as a result of the intense shelling leaving everything behind without bringing anything, and they stayed during this period in the wilderness amid the severe cold accompanied by children and women.

The displaced Hamad Mohammed from Idlib city said that the Turkish state and its mercenaries sold Idlib city to the Syrian regime and the Russian forces, and the people bear the result of their sordid deals that are held at the expense of the people blood.

Mohammed noted that since the beginning of the incidents, the people in Syria sacrifice their money and youth as a result of the Turkish state’s interference in the fate of Syria and manipulating of the region peoples’ fate for its interests and foreign agendas.
