According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the Syrian regime took control of Zarzour town and Umm al-Khalakhil village, as well as several positions belonging to mercenary gangs supported by the Turkish occupation, after fierce clashes on several axes of Idlib.
The Russian news agency Sputnik reported that the regime forces, with a joint air cover between them and Russian aircraft, were able to advance and control the farms of Zarzour and the town, which was controlled by the mercenaries of " Ajnad al-Kavkaz ", which Russia classifies on the lists of terrorism.
