ANHA monitors the latest developments on outskirts of Ain Issa

The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, with the support of the sleeper cells of ISIS mercenaries, are trying to impose a siege on Ain Issa area by controlling the international road M4, by mobilizing its armor and forces on the outskirts of the district, while the Syrian Democratic Forces are confronting their movements and thwarting their attempt to reach the international road.

After Turkey and its mercenaries occupy Tel-Abyad canton, it seeks to expand its occupation areas and reach the outskirts of the strategic Ain Issa area to block the road on the Euphrates, Al-Jazeera and other Syrian regions.

The expansion of the Turkish occupation mercenaries in the area helped the ISIS mercenaries' elements to escape from prisons, especially Ain Issa Prison, which contained 785 ISIS mercenaries, and from Ain Issa refugee camp, where the sleeper cells were deployed on the outskirts of the district. Thus, the Turkish occupation mercenaries want to expand its control on the villages and targeting civilians.

Ain Issa area is considered a strategic area for the passage of the Hasaka-Aleppo highway in the middle of the area.

ANHA agency monitored the latest developments in the region, and the goal of the Turkish occupation access to the outskirts of Ain Issa and to block the highway.

And met with a Syrian Democratic Forces fighter who, along with his comrades, was watching the international line and confronting attacks and attempts by mercenaries to get close to the road.

The fighter Shirvan Sipan, confirmed their response to the attacks of mercenaries, especially in the villages of Tina and Jereid west of Ain Issa, which are located 1 km from the international road.

He pointed out that the people of the occupied villages are demanding from the SDF to protect them from mercenaries who loot and rob houses in the villages.
