Residents of Raqqa call on UN to intervene to evacuate wounded from Serekaniye

Hundreds of residents of Raqqa city went out in solidarity with the people of the town of Sariyet Kaniye besieged by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries and called on the United Nations to intervene to evacuate the wounded from Serekaniye.

The march began after the people gathered in front of Taj Hall in the city center towards Sa’a roundabout, condemning the brutal attacks of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries despite the ceasefire agreement.

During the march, the residents raised slogans demanding the opening of corridors to evacuate the martyrs and save the remaining wounded.

During the march, the people of Raqqa called on the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to put an end to the Turkish violations and allow the opening of corridors to evacuate the martyrs and the wounded, stressing that the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries are carrying out brutal acts amounting to war crimes and the international community must break its silence.
