4 killed in rocket attack on Damascus, Homs
Syrian air defenses confronted missiles targeting the vicinity of Damascus and Homs, according to the SANA agency, which reported the deaths of 4 civilians from the attacks.
Syrian capital Damascus and Homs came under rocket attack overnight with Syrian air defenses responding to attacks, SANA said. While media outlets close to the Syrian regime have reported four civilians killed by the attacks.
The Syrian regime has not announced yet who was responsible for the rocket attacks on Damascus and Homs.
In recent years, Israel has stepped up its bombing in Syria, asserting that it will continue to counter what it calls Iran's attempts to consolidate its military presence in Syria and send advanced weapons to Hezbollah.
Israel was targeted two days and two hours within 24 hours several sites belonging to the Syrian army and fighters loyal to it, killing 15 elements of the regime, according to the observatory.
