Russia attacks Turkey, its mercenaries store toxic substances

The spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that the terrorists in the Syrian Idlib continue to store toxic materials and they aim to control the De-escalation zones.

Zakharova said to the journalists on Thursday, "It is clear that the ultimate goal of the terrorists is to dominate the De-escalation zone in Idlib. According to the information obtained, they are planning to establish a unified operations room with central command."

She pointed out that the headquarter would include the leaders of all illegal formations operating in the region.

The spokesperson on behalf of the Russian Foreign Ministry added, "In addition to that, the jihadists continue to store toxic substances along the line of contact with the Syrian armed forces."

Zakharova said that Moscow is waiting for Ankara to activate its efforts to implement the Russian-Turkish agreements about the liberation of Idlib from the terrorists there.

Russia has intensified its media statements during which it attacked Turkey, accusing it of the procrastination to implement Idlib agreement.

Russia and Turkey agreed on 17 September 2018 to establish a demilitarized zone in Syria at a depth of 15-20 km. Turkey would carry out the task of the heavy disarmament from the area and the withdrawal of the mercenaries from it until October 15, 2018, but Turkey did not fulfill its obligations, on the contrary, it opened the way for Hayet Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhet Nusra) to control Idlib governorate and parts of Aleppo countryside.
