Kongra Star denounces plot, its events will launch from 7 Feb

On Thursday, the Kongra Star issued a statement condemning the international conspiracy against the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan. The statement was read in al-Shahba, Aleppo, Qamishlo and Kobani canton in the presence of tens of thousands of women in north and east Syria.

The statement was read in Kobani canton by the administrator of the Kongra Star Mizgin Khalil in Kurdish language and in Arabic language Ebtsama al-Jassim the member of the Kongra Star in Girê Spî, and in Qamishlo, the statement was read by the member of the coordination of the Kongra Star in Rojava Dalia Hanan, and in al-Shahba, the statement was read by the member of the coordination of Free Women's Union Rihab Jabo, and the member of the Education Committee in the Democratic Society Zakho Hussein read it in Arabic and Kurdish languages.

The text of the statement:

"To all peoples and women in northern and eastern Syria and public opinion:

The international conspiracy against the leader of humanity, Abdullah Ocalan, is a conspiracy against all the peoples of the region and women in particular.

Therefore, we are all parts and components of north and east Syria on the 21st anniversary of the international conspiracy. We condemn and strongly denounce all the forces that participated in the implementation of this plot on February 15, which entered the pages of history and was known as the Black Day, and we express our resolve and determination to escalate the struggle and events to lift the isolation of the leader and achieve his freedom from physical status.

On this day, we salute the revolutionary spirit of all the fighters and strugglers who made themselves a circle of fire around the leader and stood in the face of the conspirators and insisted on following their struggle despite all the difficulties and obstacles they faced in their struggle and we bow before the martyrs of freedom who with their pure bodies formed a ring of fire under the slogan "You Cannot Hide Our Sun" and reached the rank of martyrdom, we remember them with full respect.

Respected Ladies:

As we know, the international, regional and local reactionary forces that know no boundaries to annihilate our people in Kurdistan have carried out the greatest attack in the history of humanity against our leader, the United States of America, which was the main member of the plot and with which Israel, Greece and Russia participated in this plot continuing since 20 years, by the forces of reactionary without knowing the limits of morality and rights, and the imposition of systematic isolation of the leader Abdullah Ocalan under great pressure is unparalleled in history; "By isolating the people, the women, the Kurdish youth and the peoples of the Middle East and humanity." The reactionary forces and the capitalist modernity are trying to retaliate in this way from the will of all those who demand freedom.

Our leader managed to thwart all the targets of the conspirators through his struggle since 20 years ago in Imrali prison and in front of all the pressures of the occupiers as a result of confronting this plot, the attackers were finished by adopting the leader's approach, and also through the "political and military aspect" which achieved many gains. The Kurdish people, with determination, pioneer women and the spirit of resistance derived from the leader to begin "Revolutionary People's Battle" in order to maintain its existence.

We must know very well that the so-called IS was found with the aim of perpetuating the conspiracy against the peoples of the region, especially women. For these reasons, IS had been created by conspirators but the Kurdish women have shown brave resistance in the front lines against IS.

Fighting peoples in the region:

It is clear to us today that the Third World War and the international conspiracies against the people, forces and organizations eager for freedom are planning and weaving with each other because the forces that participated yesterday in the conspiracy are the same forces that are waging the Third World War against the people. The imperialist regime is trying to reach its goals in this war by removing the major obstacles.

The United States' decision against the three leaders of the Freedom Movement in recent times shows us this fact. The same forces exist today in Rojava and do not aim to democratize the region, but try to safeguard its interests.

It is clear that the isolation of the leader Ocalan, the occupation of Afrin, demographic change attempts, preparations for the attack on north and east Syria and the inaction to all these policies in addition to the approval of the Syrian regime is through the approval of the PDK and the fascist occupation Turkish state of southern Kurdistan, attacks on Mexmûr and Şengal and air and ground movements on the defensive field Medya and YNK decisions to close the REJAK centers in southern Kurdistan and the Iraqi government's decisions to close the border crossing between Şengal and Rojava are not independent decisions but are linked to joint programs aimed at continuing the plot.

Dear people and friends:

We must not forget that all these acts are the result of the fear of the international and local forces of the freedom movement and the Kurdish, Arab, Syriac, Turkmen, Armenian peoples and all women who struggle for freedom and have the broad ground of democracy in the region for twenty years and our leader in Imrali with unprecedented resistance. This resistance aims to illuminate the future of the Kurdish people and the peoples of the region is to resist the path of freedom of women and the oppressed.

The main problem is the isolation imposed on the leader Ocalan and the solution is possible through breaking that isolation, and with this vigilance all the places in Kurdistan and the places where the Kurds and our squares are aim to break the isolation imposed by perpetuating the campaigns of hunger strike, including the continuous strike by Leyla Guven's resistance of historical value. This strike initiated by Leyla Guven and her position was important in the face of all forms of attacks as they represent the political will and the responsibility of these activities continue in all places, and one voice, the appeal of the Kurdish people and freedom seekers who chant "As fascism expands, expanding the circle of resistance is a moral and emotional responsibility at this stage." Starting a hunger strike in all prisons in Turkey, Hewler and Strasbourg is a radical step to break the isolation imposed on our leader.

Pioneer women and our struggler people

As the conspiracy attempts have been foiled since 20 years. From now on, the only way to thwart this plot is to raise the level of struggle more intelligently and systematically. Our gains today are more than ever.

Therefore, the twenty-first year must be a year of full defeat to the international conspiracy. Women in the last twenty years have demonstrated their leading position in insisting on struggle. Today, women in north and east Syria, vanguard by "Kurdish women", are on the front lines of the political arena and in the struggle for organizing the society even the fundamental right of defense.

The Kurdish woman and the level she reached today is thanks to the leader Ocalan despite all the pressures, this did not weaken her commitments to the leader Ocalan, but developed it step by step, and this will be the twenty-first year of the conspiracy for women a year to consolidate the covenant with the leader in society and revive the "social contract". For this reason, our responsibility is very clear and above all the vanguard of women, we will demonstrate the will of fundamental defense by resisting the revolutionary people, and we will face all the attacks till victory.

We will respond to the threats of the occupation and its siege by developing the unity of peoples and developing the agreement among the peoples in Syria, and this will serve as our basic directions for us.

Dear women:

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the 15th of February, we will revive and hold campaigns from 7 February to 15 February at the vanguard of Kongra Star.
