Zelal Cîger: With unity, we to foil conspiracies against Kurds

The Kurdistan National Conference in Rojava continues its meetings with the Kurdish parties and sides to achieve the Kurdish ranks' unity, and repel the threats and risks that the Kurdish people are exposed to.

In this context, the members of the Kurdistan National Conference Abdel Kareem Omer, Deryan Ramadan, Taz Basha, Suleiman Eliyas, Dilxwez (Delkhoz) Zenki visited the Democratic Society Movement's headquarter. The co-chairs of the Movement Zelal Cîger and Gharib Hesso received the delegation.

During the visit, the two sides held a meeting closed to the media outlets.

After the meeting ended, Hawar news agency's reporters interviewed the co-chair of the Democratic Society Movement Zelal Cîger about their meeting with the Kurdistan National Conference. Zelal Cîger pointed out that they support the initiative of the Kurdistan National Conference.

Zelal Cîger said, "We evaluate the initiative of the Kurdistan National Conference for unifying the Kurdish ranks. It is a good step. During our meeting with the Conference, we have expressed our support for their initiative. Since seven years, the lack of the unification among the Kurdish ranks has become a problem. The people and the society support and call upon unification. The steps for reaching the national unity would block the way beside the conspiracies against the Kurdish people, especially in Rojava so we need this unity today more than any other time passed. If the initiative proposed by the Kurdistan National Conference is achieved, it will influence the other parts of Kurdistan too. We will participate in all the preparations of the Kurdistan National Conference and support its step."

It is worth mentioning that the Kurdistan National Conference in Rojava formed a committee consisted of six members in the framework of its initiative to reach the Kurdish unity to visit the political parties and forces in Rojava.
