SDF liberate 60 civilians, including foreigners, 5 mercenaries surrender-UPDATED

The Syrian Democratic Forces(SDF) fighters liberated 60 civilians, mostly children and women, including two French families and a Turkish family in al-Bagouz axis, and 5 mercenaries who were among the civilians surrendered to SDF.

SDF continue to advance as part of the "battle to defeat terrorism", the final phase of al-Jazeera Tempest campaign, as fighters continue to liberate civilians from areas still occupied by IS mercenaries by opening safe corridors.

In the context of the liberation of civilians, ANHA correspondent reported that the fighters had just managed to liberate 60 civilians in al-Bagouz axis, mostly children and women.

ANHA correspondent explained that there were two French families and a Turkish family among the civilians who were liberated.

ANHA correspondent said that five mercenaries came with the civilians who had been liberated and handed themselves over to SDF.

Over the past few days, SDF have liberated thousands of civilians who have been used as human shields by IS mercenaries from areas occupied by mercenaries, and SDF commanders said earlier yesterday that their biggest concern now is to liberate civilians from IS mercenaries.
