Parties call on Turkish occupation's exit from Syria, strive for Syrian-Syrian dialogue

This came during a statement issued by the political parties in Aleppo; the Future Syria Party, the Syrian Democratic National Alliance, the Kurdish Democratic Unity Party in Syria "Yekiti", the Syrian Democratic Council and the Democratic Union Party to the public opinion.

In the statement read by the administrative in the Democratic Union Party Salwa Mohammed, it was confirmed the Syrian-Syrian dialogue and the exit of the Turkish occupation from the Syrian territories.

The statement included,

"A year has passed on the barbaric Turkish attacks on Afrin to occupy it, control it and eliminate the security and peace that it used to witness. Afrin city embraced hundreds of thousands of displaced people from various areas of Syria and all components of the Syrian people.

With the start of the Turkish attack on Afrin, the Resistance of the Age began to confront the barbaric attack which targeted the humans, stones and trees. The Resistance of the Age registered the most heroic epics and sacrificed a convoy of martyrs, and there was no parity in the forces. The international conspiracy led to the entry of Turkey and its mercenaries to Afrin city amid international silence as they carried out brutal inhuman practices against the civilians and the area; killing, abusing, kidnapping, intimidation operations, demographic change, ethnic cleansing in addition to obliterating their Kurdish and changing their Syrian patriotism.

The resistance continues against the Turkish occupation, and the Turkish occupier is still seeking to occupy more Syrian territories, launching threats to occupy the east of the Euphrates. The international stances opposed to Erdogan's policy of attacking the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) that fought terrorism instead of the world indicated that they must be protected and supported until terrorism will be eliminated.

The Turkish policy that aims at occupying northern and eastern Syria is not to create buffer zones and protect the citizens, but to destroy the democratic nation's project which united all political and societal components and consolidated security, peace and stability on the basis of the peoples' fraternity and co-existence.

Turkey continues its aggressive policies towards the peoples of the region, ignoring all international laws and human morality.

Therefore, we call on the United Nations (UN) and the international community to put pressure on Turkey to withdraw from the Syrian territories that it occupied, hold it the accountable for the crimes it committed against the Syrian people in general and the Kurdish people in particular and exit all foreign forces from the Syrian territories to open the way for holding the Syrian-Syrian dialogue on the Syrian lands without external interferences."
