Trump received bodies of Manbij' explosion martyrs

AFP reported that , US President Donald Trump received at the Dover Air Force base in Delaware the bodies of four Americans martyred Wednesday in a suicide attack in Manbij of Syria.

Trump said on Saturday morning "I will leave to Dover to be with the families of four special people who have lost their lives serving our country."

Dover is an air base in Delaware, north of Washington, where the bodies of US military personnel who lose their lives in operations abroad usually return.

According to the French agency, Trump, accompanied by several senior officers, as well as Foreign Secretary Mike Pompeo and Defense Minister Patrick Chenahan, witnessed the landing of the coffin of Scott Wirtz, a civilian from St. Louis, Missouri. He also would witness the landing of the coffins of the three other martyrs.

19 people, including two US servicemen, a US civil servant and a Pentagon contractor, were killed in a suicide attack in Manbij adopted by IS.

This is the violent attack targets the US forces in Syria since 2014.
