Turkish writer: If Erdogan's pressure continues, Turks to explode at any moment

The Turkish writer and journalist Sabah al-Din Unkbar said in an article in the newspaper "Aidenlik" that the Turkish President Recep Teyyip Erdogan fears that he will face a fate known to him if he loses his position, and thus his attachment to power increases day after day, stressing that the continued pressure on the Turkish citizens will result in their explosion in any moment.

In an article by the journalist Sabah al-Din Unkbar in the newspaper Aidenlik, he said,

"Recep Teyyip Erdogan will do anything in order not to lose power because he sees the situation or the fate that he will be in immediately after his losing the power."

Unkbar said that if the pressure on the citizens continues, they will explode at any moment.

Unkbar said in an article in the left newspaper Aidenlik, "Unfortunately, Turkey today is the state of fear. The citizens are now afraid to talk on phones. The most dramatic thing is that the judiciary is the stick in the country of fear. I know the state and the spirit of the judiciary because I have faced about 60 cases in 15 years. I am afraid to be accused of belonging to the organization of Fathallah Golin."

Turkey's transition to a presidential system after the presidential and parliamentary elections in June 2018 greatly strengthened the powers of the president.

He said that the only way to get out of the situation in which Turkey has faced is the fund and the democratic elections, but as I said before, "Erdogan established a regime in Turkey that would not be easy to get rid of. Look at the regime in Turkey, it has no longer been democratic."
