Associated Press: America started withdrawing its forces slowly

The International Coalition led by the United States announced on Friday that the United States started withdrawing some of its troops from Syria according to what Associated Press quoted from the Coalition's spokesman Shawn Ryan.

The Colonel Shawn Ryan, the spokesman for the Coalition that fights Daesh said that the United States had begun the operation of a slow withdrawal from Syria.

Ryan added, "In terms of the security, we will not discuss specific deadlines, sites or the soldiers' movements."

An official in the US Defense Ministry stated to the Wall Street Journal Press that the US military had begun withdrawing military equipment from Syria.

"For security reasons, I will not give further details at this time," the official said.

The US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, during his visit to Cairo on Thursday, determined that his country to withdraw its troops from Syria, making clear that the battle against IS will continue.

"The Kurds were the people who fought with us and it is important for us to do everything possible to ensure the protection of those who fought with us," Pompeo said during their visit to Erbil.

On Sunday, the adviser of the White House's National Security John Bolton confirmed that the US withdrawal from Syria must take place with ensuring the defense of the allies.
