Kongra Star calls to participate in January 9 activities

Rojava Kongra Star Coordination commemorated the three strugglers Sakîne Cansiz, Leyla Şaylemez and Fîdan Dogan. It also called on the international community to put an end to its silence and take responsibility and accountability in order to achieve the human justice, and that during a statement,

The statement included,

"On the fifth anniversary of Paris massacre, we, as Kongra Star and with all respect, commemorate the martyr Sakîne and all the martyrs of freedom, and we renew the promise of resistance and revenge.

As the martyr Sakîne has become the basis of the history of women, especially in the women's struggle against the fascist mentality that dominates the will of the peoples as a result of the brutal and dictatorial mentality of the Turkish state, they assassinated the flowers of freedom know to be democratic.

The international conspiracy has become exposed towards their silence which represents the participation of the criminal in the crime, where they carried out Paris massacre and occupied Afrin city and today, their goal is to foil the democracy project and the peoples' unity in north-east of Syria through the threats to occupy the territories of north-east of Syria.

We, as Kongra Star, stand against these attacks and we are still strugglers. In the spirit of the martyr Sakîne, we renew all our activities.

On this basis, we call upon our people and all organizations and movements of women inside and outside the country on 9 January to participate in the activities that would be held worldwide in all areas in the spirit of Sakîne and Avista effectively. We demand the international community to put an end to its silence, and take its responsibility and accountability to achieve the human justice."
