Rajai Fayed: Kurdish steadfastness is guarantee in face of Turkey's threats

Rajai Fayed said that the Kurdish readiness and steadfastness are the guarantee in the face of Turkey's threats to northern and eastern Syria, and that the Kurds must address world public opinion to increase pressure on Turkey and prevent it from carrying out any attack.

The statements of the head of the Egyptian Center for Kurdish Studies and Research and the member of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs Rajai Fayed made the remarks in an interview with Hawar news agency, referring to the Turkish threats against northern and eastern Syria and the US decision to withdraw from the same region.

Rajai Fayed pointed to the seriousness of the decision of the withdrawal of US forces from the north of Syria on the region and the world as a whole, and confirmed in his speech that IS will come back strongly by virtue of this American decision.

He added, "There is an internal American opposition to Trump's decision, and the resignations are continuing because of the withdrawal of the US forces.

Rajai explained that the decision to postpone launching the attack by Erdogan is only a tactic until the withdrawal of the last American soldier from the north of Syria.

He added, "The Russian-Turkish conflict on Central Asia is a classic conflict, and the temporary withdrawal of the US troops is only a US strategy to increase the spark of the Turkish-Russian conflict in the region in favor of the American influence."
