The International Forum on "Ethnic Cleansing and Demographic Change in Afrin" continues, and after live testimony by some witnesses, a telegram sent by the Co-Chair of the Constituent Council of Democratic Federation of North Syria was read by Hadiya Yousef, who was unable to attend the forum.

And she explained in her telegram that the occupation of Afrin was done through an international and regional conspiracy to achieve military and political balances between the states of the world, and to restore influence to the Syrian regime on the one hand and political hegemony of Russia on the political situation in Syria on the other hand, in agreement with Turkey while the international community still remained silent.

"The occupation of Afrin is a new phase of the Syrian crisis," said Hadiya Yousef. "The war came out of a war with the armed groups or the so-called opposition. It was a war with an aggressor state."

"Our people have fought heroically by all means and sacrificed more than 1,500 martyrs to preserve the dignity of the Syrian people. Although Afrin is part of Syria, the statements of the Syrian regime did not exceed the limits of verbal condemnation," she said.

Hadiya Yousef has noted that the Turkish state is still continuing its arbitrary policies against the people of Afrin "In order to achieve its goal, many massacres were committed against the indigenous inhabitants of Afrin, which rise to high rank of war crimes, genocide, violation of human rights and the violation of all international laws, charters and norms to show the world its true face to restore the Ottoman expansionist Ottoman Empire"

Hadiya pointed out saying "Today we are facing a big problem, using of our country as a cradle to threaten humanity as a whole through the development of the terrorist system and its cells." Violence and war are still in our country and will not open the way to resolving the Syrian crisis and finding democratic solutions, which price only the Syrian people seeking freedom and peace will pay.

At the end of her telegram, Hadiya Yousif has explained that, despite the magnitude of the tragedy experienced by the Syrian people in general and Afrin in particular, "But we believe in a new tomorrow, a free people and a democratic system from our struggle based on free will."

The first session of the Forum is scheduled to begin shortly.
