Girê Spî people celebrated "Prophet's Birthday" Eid

Dozens of people from Girê Spî city celebrated the birth of the Prophet, at the Mosque of Martyr Ammar Darwish.

The Religious Affairs Committee in Girê Spî/Tal Abyad organized a celebration marking the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The celebration was held in the mosque of the martyr Ammar Darwish in the city, and attended by dozens of people.

The celebration began with religious songs by the participants, and then Sheikh Masoud Mohammed Imam of the mosque talked about the biography of the Prophet Muhammad about his good treatment with people and how he brought people together and planted love and brotherhood between them. He pointed out that the Prophet never made any distinction between an Arab and non-Arab

Sheikh Masoud called on the Muslims to follow the Prophet and to maintain peace between peoples living together.

For his part, the administrator in Religious Affairs Committee in the canton Haji Ismail Idan, called on God to make all people of Syria celebrate next year on this occasion safely.

The celebration ended with the distribution of sweets to the attendees.
