IS , Jabhat al-Nasra and the extremist organizations are the new Ottoman instruments "There is another proposal that can solve the crises 100 years after Sykes-Picot, the project of coexistence or the democratic confederation that Ocalan calls for, and the peoples of the region to open dialogue together and earnestly struggle to implement this project that will bring peace." Within this vision, the third session lectures of the conference were delivered.

The third session of the conference began with a lecture titled "The role of Turkey in rooting the crises of the region" which divided into two main axes: "The New Ottoman: Backgrounds and Tracks,"  Which was delivered by the researcher on Turkish affairs and professor of history and Turkish language at the Lebanese University, Dr. Mohamed Nour al-Din,  the second is entitled "How the Green, White and Black Fascists integrate in Turkey, and how they are reflected on their people, what is the solution?" Presented by the deputy of the Democratic Peoples Party and Human Rights and the jurist Medhat Sinjar.

From the Milli Charter to Lausanne

In the first axis, Dr. Mohamed Nour al-Din spoke at the beginning of his speech to the Milli Charter approved by the Council of the Ottoman Envoys on January 28, 1920 and noted that it reflects the view of the Turkish elite at the time the geographical borders of the new state after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire in World War I. He also referred to the Treaty of Lausanne on July 24, 1923, which established the geographical borders of Turkey, which were drawn up by various previous agreements with Syria, the Caucasus, Greece and Bulgaria.

He added, "The drawing of the new borders of the new state took about twenty years from 1920 to 1939, when Alexandron area was removed from Syria and annexed to Turkey, but the difference between the demarcation of Turkey's geographical borders and the demarcation of its ideological borders is huge."

Stressing that the provisions of the Milli charter the issue of the distinction emerged between identities and the denial of national pluralism within the boundaries of the Milli Charter. Since the borders of the Milli Charter according to the maps adopted at the time include all the state of Mosul, the current province of Mosul and Kurdistan of Iraq, in addition to the Syrian border with Turkey, it means that the Turkish elite at that time was intended to deny the national identity of the majority of residents in northern Iraq and northern Syria, to the Kurdish race.

The National Islamic Proposition

Dr. Mohamed Nour al-Din ,said "When we mention the Ottomans as a religion and a faith, they are both national and religious. This is what the September 12, 1980, military regime, which invented the so-called national-religious-Islamic approach to counter Kurdish, communist, and leftist nationalist tendencies, interpreted so dramatically. This was a strong basis for the emergence of the new Ottoman term for the first time in Turkish modern history with Turkut Ozal, who was the first to attempt to apply this Ottoman by the occupation of northern Iraq and annexed to Turkey during the Gulf War in 1990.

The New Ottoman Empire and the Arab Spring

As for the role of Turkey and its interference in the countries in which the so-called Arab spring was launched, Dr. Mohamed Nour al-Din said: "The Arab Spring has formed the biggest and most important opportunity for the AK Party to implement its Ottoman project. The region has been plunged into civil wars and is fighting the population on ethnic, religious and sectarian grounds. And no better than this great imbalance of infiltration by all means in the vital area of the new Ottoman. Especially that the owners of the Ottoman project were initially in harmony with the American and Western project aimed at division of the region geographically and socially and automatically ensure the security of Israel.

He added, "The new Middle East, which Turkey wants, was only the new Ottoman, which Erdogan made two months later, on July 15, 2012, in response to critics of Turkey's intervention in Syrian affairs." They ask us why we are concerned about Syria. The answer is very simple, because we are a country founded on the rest of the Ottoman upper state. We are the descendants of the Seljuks. We are the descendants of the Ottomans. "At the end of November 2012, Erdogan said," We will reach every point our ancestors reached on horses, and we will take care of them. "

Proclaiming and supporting extremist organizations the new Ottoman instruments

Dr. Mohamed Nour al-Din asserts that Turkey has followed all possible means to enable its instruments and arms to gain power. Where they resorted to extremist armed organizations in the doctrine, such as "IS" and "Jabhat al-Nasra" and the Uighurs and Chechens. The Turkish regime tried to divide national armies in Syria, Iraq, and Libya. When it failed to reach its immediate targets, and even fell in Egypt and Tunisia, it resorted to direct intervention, as in Iraq at the camp of Bashiqa and others, or in Syria through the occupation of Jrablos- Azaz -al-Bab and the occupation of Afrin and the protection of its tools in Idlib as long as possible.

He also added, "The new Ottoman is a serious project, not a fabrications. Which is much larger than the Milli Charter.

Sykes Pico is out of action ,what are the alternative proposals.

In the second axis, the deputy from the Democratic Peoples Party and jurist Medhat Sinjar gave a lecture on how the green, white and black fascists integrated in Turkey  ? How do they reflect on their people? What is the solution?

Sinjar spoke at the beginning of his speech about the events of the past 100 years and the tragedies and crises they have brought to the peoples of the Middle East as a result of the implementation of the Sykes-Picot agreement and the establishment of the nation-state in Turkey.

Sinjar said: Today the story of Sykes Pico is over and it can be said that it collapsed, but here we have to ask some questions, including in the event of a collapsed project who will put the alternative and who is authorized to put the alternative and which forces will apply the alternative? There are several alternative proposals, including a proposal to restore the Sykes-Picot agreement and preserve the national state or prolong its life, although the Middle East was imposed by the cordon through this project previously and did not enjoy the stability of the people from then until today, and there is another proposal is the new Ottoman sought by Turkey today , Which means the return of projects ended and try to revive it again, but this Ottoman project will eventually lead to the same result that was achieved through the genocide and domination of peoples.

Ocalan offered the best solution for the peaceful coexistence of the peoples of the region

Sinjar pointed out that there is another proposal that can solve these crises, namely the project of coexistence or democratic confederation, regardless of the name, but the important content is the focus on a project that can bring stability and peace to the peoples of the region for at least 100 years. Here the peoples of the Middle East are asked to discuss the details each country according to its specificities, and our conference is important in this regard, namely the focus on dialogue and the search for radical solutions to the crisis.

The discussants: The Kurdish cause has not received the enough attention of the peoples of the region

During the discussions, the participants stressed that the Kurdish cause has not received the required attention by the Arab people and the entire world because no one hears the voice of the oppressed and that no one has heard of the annihilation of the Kurds in northern Iraq until after the occupation of Kuwait and the flow of Gulf funds to the owners of opinion and information, The region is united with each other so that it can emerge together from its ordeal and crises. The solution is not partial, but it must be as complete as what Ocalan put forward in the democratic nation's project.

With these discussions, the third and final session of the conference on the "Civil Crisis and the Road to Democratic Modernity in the Middle East" concluded on its first day.
