Installation of electric transformer in al-Raqqa southern countryside

The Energy and Electricity Committee, in cooperation with the Future Makers Team, rehabilitated and activated electricity in al-Raqqa southern countryside after cutting off for more than a year. The first step was to secure electricity to al-Amel village.

After many appeals by the residents, the Electricity Committee of al-Raqqa Civil Council provided the electricity to Amal village, which includes 50 houses, after installing a new electric transformer in cooperation with the Future Makers Team.

The transformer of 200 kv were installed and supplied the area with electricity after leaving the service due to the situation in the area of looting of property in public facilities.

Ahmed Hamza, the field supervisor for the work, said about the work of the workshops, "After appeals by the parents, we provided a transformer to the village feeds the entire village with electricity."

He added "We have coordinated with the Future Makers Team to qualify and activate all that needs to replace and install panels and breakers, in addition to the installation of a transformer of 200 kv, we will work to provide electricity for the southern countryside.
