Turkey ... Where EU funds for refugees?

According to the Agence France-Presse, the European Court of Auditors, focused on a report on 1.1 billion euros in the EU's initial projects based on helping millions of Syrians and other refugees in Turkey under the 2016 agreement, which aims to stop immigration to Europe.
