SDF: 34 Mercenaries killed in last 24 hours

SDF's  media center issued today a statement to public opinion revealing the results of the 24-hour battle to defeat terrorism, the last stage of al-Jazeera Tempest, to liberate Hajin area, the last stronghold of IS east of the Euphrates River.

The statement said:

"Since the early hours of the morning, there have been very violent clashes between our fighters and terrorists on(al-Bagouz , al-Behra and Hajin) axes .The terrorist organization launched a large and violent attack in large numbers on the points of concentration of our fighters in all directions, where the area of ​​the clashes witnessed a dusty sandstorm an obscured vision but our forces responded to all terrorist attacks, and caused dozens of dead and wounded in their ranks, while the rest fled, and our fighters were able to detonate 2 booby traps before the arrival of targets, where the terrorists were trying to detonate them in the ranks of our fighters.

And the clashes are still on until the moment of preparation of this outcome.

The International Air Force carried out several air strikes, one of which targeted a car bomb, where it was destroyed and its mercenaries killed.

While the missiles launched by the International Coalition targeted IS sites and concentrations of the terrorist organization, and resulted in the destruction of (3) sites.

The outcome of  the clashes:

- the number of terrorist deaths: 34 / Terrorist.

- The terrorist losses: 3 / car bombs destroyed, 3 terrorist sites destroyed.

- The air strikes of  International Alliance: / 8 / strikes.

- The number of rockets fired by the International Coalition on terrorist positions: 29 missiles.
