2nd intellectual training course opened in Deir ez-Zor

After the first course for the ideological training on behalf of the Martyr Ahmed al-Jefal that lasted 28 days finished at the Democratic Society Academy in Deir ez-Zor, it opened its second training course for the people of Deir ez-Zor which held the name of the Martyr Seif whose real name is Kemal Hamoud al-Shellaf from Deir ez-Zor city and who martyred in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign in Granij district.

The course in which 30 members from Deir ez-Zor city joined will last for 27 days.

The participants will receive intensive lessons on the importance of training, terminology, capitalism, the history of Syria and the democratic nation, women's history, culture and ethics, criticism and self-criticism, the peoples’ fraternity to reach the society to safety and accept the other.

The administrative in the Democratic Society Academies Mohammed Ainu congratulated in the beginning of his speech on the opening of the second training course in Deir ez-Zor and said, “The courses in the academy are intellectual, societal and cultural to form the individual, introduce the joiners to the freedom of opinion and train lecturers with extensive experiences and strong will to deliver the real thought to the society democratically.”

The trainee Siham Meri al-Hassen said, "We have come to the training to understand the foundations of the democratic society and the fraternity of peoples and to develop the conception academically. We noticed a turnout by the residents and a strong ambition by the lecturers to deliver the conception scientifically and systematically until the nation’s benchmarks would be aware due to its great importance in establishing a society capable of managing itself.”

It is worth mentioning that the Democratic Society Academies opened the academy in June 25 this year, and it is the first academy to be opened in Deir ez-Zor countryside.
